We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work at Hivetech.

1. Return Period
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify, the product must be:
- Unused
- In the original packaging
- Complete with all accessories, cables and manuals
- In resaleable condition

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
- Products that have been used or installed
- Products with missing accessories or damaged packaging
- Digital products or gift cards
- Items marked as final sale

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible.
We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund after reviewing the issue.

Please keep your invoice as proof of purchase.

4. How to Start a Return
Email or message us with:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item is damaged or faulty

We will confirm whether the return is approved and how to send the item back.

5. Return Shipping
- If the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item, Hivetech will cover the return shipping cost.
- If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow [5–10] business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.

7. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

8. Warranty
Most products include a 12–24 month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Power banks and audio products typically include a 12-month warranty.
Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, drops, liquid damage, or unauthorised repairs.
